Affiliate program rules

The affiliate program rules: what is prohibited, how flagged commissions are reviewed, what suspension and a ban mean, and how the rules change.

Version 2026-10-04

These rules apply to every partner link and every commission. You accept them in the Partner tab before you create a link.

What is prohibited

Self-referral and second accounts

Signing up through your own link, or opening extra accounts to earn on your own purchases.

Using the program as a personal discount

Buying for yourself or your business through accounts you control and collecting commission on it.

Fake or incentivized signups

Paying, rewarding or tricking people into creating accounts, and automated or scripted signups.

Paid search on our brand

Bidding on our brand name or its misspellings in search ads, or using it in ad copy or domain names.

Spam

Unsolicited messages, comment spam and mass posting in groups or channels that do not allow it.

Misleading claims

Promising prices, discounts, free numbers or delivery we do not offer, or posing as us or as our support.

Chargeback and refund abuse

Purchases that end in disputes, chargebacks or refunds you arranged or encouraged.

What happens when a rule is broken

  • Automatic checks flag suspicious commissions. A flagged commission is held for manual review and is not credited until it is cleared.
  • A suspension pauses payouts while we review. Your links keep working and commission keeps accruing.
  • A ban deactivates all your links and cancels every commission not yet credited to your balance.
  • Decisions on flags, suspensions and bans are final.

How commission is counted

  • Commission is 30% of our margin on each qualifying purchase: what the buyer paid minus what the provider charged us.
  • It is credited to your site balance automatically 30 days after the purchase. A refund or a dispute inside that window cancels it.
  • It is credited in whole dollars, rounded down; a purchase that would earn less than $1 earns nothing.
  • Our earliest partners keep their exclusive 50% rate as early partners. It is not offered to new partners.

Changes to these rules

  • We may change these rules or the commission terms. A change is announced in your partner cabinet, and you accept the new version before you create another link.
  • Commission already credited to your balance stays yours.
