Does a Canada number work for Yahoo?

Usually. You get a private Canada number: a real mobile or local number from a carrier's range, assigned to you alone, not a shared or recycled free number, which is what Yahoo rejects most often. Yahoo decides for itself, so test the number there first.

How fast does the Yahoo code arrive?

Most codes arrive within a few minutes of the platform sending them. We do not publish a delivery rate yet, so check that a number works for your platform before you rely on it. Codes appear in your account dashboard.

Do I keep the Canada number?

Yes. It's a full private number you own long term: voice and SMS, 28-day auto-renew. Reuse it for Yahoo and any other service, and release it anytime.
