Does a Puerto Rico number work for Bamboo?

Usually. You get a private Puerto Rico number: a real mobile or local number from a carrier's range, assigned to you alone, not a shared or recycled free number, which is what Bamboo rejects most often. Bamboo decides for itself, so test the number there first.

How fast does the Bamboo code arrive?

Most codes arrive within a few minutes of the platform sending them. We do not publish a delivery rate yet, so check that a number works for your platform before you rely on it. Codes appear in your account dashboard.

Do I keep the Puerto Rico number?

Yes. It's a full private number you own long term: voice and SMS, 28-day auto-renew. Reuse it for Bamboo and any other service, and release it anytime.
